The Gingerbread House

Welcome to the Gingerbread House on The Dunn Compound.

An open concept brings everyone together

Another entirely open concept where we believe that having everyone involved but having spaces for people to gather works. The kitchen with it’s large counter for the centerpiece of gatherings. The oversized dining room table for getting everyone around to enjoy that dinner. The couch and tv area so that a relaxing time can be created after a long day.

Kitchen with wooden cabinets, granite countertops, pendant lighting, stainless steel range hood, and a large window showing a green outdoor view.
A living room with a stone fireplace, a mounted flat-screen TV, wooden floors, and large windows overlooking a deck outside. There is a small round coffee table, a beige couch with pillows, and children's toys near the fireplace.
A view from above of a living and dining area with hardwood floors, a beige sofa with cushions, a small green rug, a wooden dining table with black chairs, and a view of a deck outside through large sliding glass doors.

A more intimate setting but lacking in nothing

The perfect guest house where nothing is overlooked. From the chef’s kitchen, cement sink, heated cement floors throughout the house, gas fireplace, bar with wine and beer fridge, large oversized table for eating, soaking bathrub, dual shower head shower, handicapped accessible bathroom and shower. This house has everything that you need. Like The Lakehouse though when it’s time to get some work done a large desk overlooking the property, with the fastest high speed internet and Apple TV’s on all the flat screens means that work is easily done too far away from the office.

A master bedroom guest house interior featuring a wooden ceiling with exposed beams, a stone fireplace with a mounted TV above, a wooden closet, and a bed with pillows. There's a white armchair, a door, and a window with blinds.
A spacious bathroom with a large whirlpool tub, a stone fireplace, and a double vanity with two sinks. There is a glass-enclosed shower and a toilet near the window with wooden blinds. The bathroom has wood paneling on the ceiling, a chandelier, and wall-mounted lights.
Main floor bedroom in a guest house with a wooden bed, a window with plantation shutters, wall-mounted lamps, framed artwork, a small seating area with a pillow, hardwood flooring, and a ceiling fan.

Two Decks, Two Amazing Views

Whether it’s a quiet night inside the screened in porch or a soak in the hot tub after a long day hiking or enjoining your favorite winter sport the Guesthouse has even more amenities than most houses. You can enjoy your tranquility to the upmost with these high end amenities not found usually in any of the rentals on the lakes.
