An open concept brings everyone together

An entirely open concept created with wood from maine, cut to size on the property. The entire house is post and beam construction with no tools other than wooden mallets to connect them. If you look at certain beams right you can see where an apprentice decided to lube the chain that moves the logs during cutting. The oil from that lube marked every log, but it also after a number of years and houses left a calling card for the builder.

Hosting or attending a wedding at Bald Mountain Camps or elsewhere in the Rangeley Lakes? The Lakehouse is a short drive away on Mooselookmeguntic — sleeps 16, open-concept living, decks over the water, and a hot tub for the whole group. Ideal overflow lodging when venue cabins fill up.

It even has high speed internet, a large desk to work at, satellite TV on all TV’s, plus Apple TV so even if you have traveled to get away you don’t really have to if you don’t need to. Everything is thought of.

Winter at The Lakehouse

Ski Saddleback, ride Rangeley’s snowmobile trails, then come back to hot tub and sauna. The Lakehouse sleeps 16 on Mooselookmeguntic — a solid winter base near Oquossoc for ski days and sled weekends.
